Block building toys provide a low-tech option that offers hours of open-ended fun, both for people playing solitary or with others.

Playing with blocks sets such as LEGO  & Magnetic blocks or constructing structures from traditional wooden blocks teaches people problem solving, spatial and planning skills while also building fine motor skills and improving concentration.
